A business carrying out construction work must manage its risks and provide facilities and first aid, and before high risk construction work must have a safe work method statement that identifies the work, the hazards and risks, the controls and the way they will be put in place, checked and reviewed, and must follow it, reviewed and kept available for inspection until the work is completed (or for two years after a notifiable incident). Excavation work requires information about underground essential services to be obtained and considered, and trenches of at least 1.5 metres to be shored, benched, battered or protected by a trench shield unless assessed otherwise. Western Australia's Division 4 adds controls for tilt-up and precast concrete elements: design, engineering input, erection, bracing and lifting requirements and the notice and documentation the Division sets out.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
