A person must not prevent or try to prevent an authorised person (or an assistant accompanying an investigator) from entering premises or a vehicle under section 69 or business premises under section 88E, and must not obstruct or impede them in exercising those powers. A person must comply with a request to assist in executing a warrant, must provide reasonable access to a place or vehicle and give other reasonable assistance when required under section 78(6), and must give reasonable access to business premises and other reasonable assistance during a section 88E compliance check. Each breach is an offence.
