For construction after enrolment, construction pollution is controlled: ducts sealed or cleaned before fit-out, any operating permanent ventilation fitted with filters of at least MERV 8 class on return air and all filters replaced before occupancy, absorptive materials stored dry and apart, work areas isolated by sealed openings or barriers, walk-off mats at entries and dust capture on saws; or the project confirms no construction took place after enrolment.
