Smoking and e-cigarette use are banned indoors within the project, and outdoors either permanent no-smoking and no-vaping signs sit within about 3 m (10 ft) of entrances, operable windows and air intakes with hazard signage in any designated smoking area, or the project has no occupiable outdoor areas or functional entrances.
