An employer required to arrange health monitoring under r 319ZC must give the Authority a copy of every health monitoring report about the employee's health within 30 days after receiving it. A report that would be identical to one sent under this regulation need not also be provided under r 170. Maximum penalty: 60 units (individual), 300 units (company).
