Manufacturers and suppliers of any crystalline silica substance must check the r 319G(1) information for that substance, and update it where needed, as often as required to keep it accurate and current and in any case no less than once every 5 years. Where the information is changed, the revised version must be given to each person supplied with the substance, on or before the first supply to that person after the change. Act compliance is through ss 29 and 30.
