An employer must make sure each employee who has been issued respiratory protective equipment under r 319V(1) actually wears and uses it while doing the engineered stone process. Providing the equipment under r 319V(1) is not enough on its own: the employer must also make sure it is worn for the whole of the process. Act compliance is through s 21.
