Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r18: r 18 Properly install, use and maintain required risk control measures

Anyone whom the Regulations require to adopt a particular risk control measure must make sure the measure is correctly installed where installation applies, is actually used, and is kept maintained. It gives effect to the Act's sections 21 to 24, 26 and 29 to 31. Measures required under the major hazard facilities Part (5.2) or the mines Part (5.3) are excluded, which carry their own, more specific requirements.
