Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r175: r 175 Record each person who works with a scheduled carcinogen and keep for 30 years

The employer must make a record for each person working with a scheduled carcinogenic substance at its workplace. The record gives the person's full name, date of birth and home address during the period of that work, the name of each such substance they work with and the period of work with each. The employer keeps the record for 30 years counted from the last date the person worked with a scheduled carcinogen at that workplace. Maximum fine: 60 penalty units (individual) or 300 (body corporate), for each duty.
