Scheduled carcinogenic substances may be supplied only to a person holding a carcinogens licence that covers the particular substance (maximum fine 100 penalty units for an individual, 500 for a body corporate). For each supply the supplier must record who received it (name and address), which substance it was and how much, and must obtain a copy of the recipient's carcinogens licence. Both the supply record and the licence copy must be retained for a minimum of 5 years (maximum fine for each of those duties: 60 penalty units individual, 300 body corporate).
