Vermont Data Privacy and Online Surveillance Act 2415e-c2: 9 V.S.A. § 2415e(c)(2) and (4) Publish the notice by a 'privacy' link, in every language used, accessible to people with disabilities

The notice must be publicly available through a conspicuous hyperlink containing the word 'privacy' on the website home page, the app store or download page and the app settings menu, or through the channel used with consumers where there is no website, in each language in which the controller provides the product or related activity, and in a form accessible to and usable by people with disabilities; a generally applicable notice that meets the requirements suffices.
