Vermont Data Privacy and Online Surveillance Act 2415d-c1: 9 V.S.A. § 2415d(c)(1) Respond within 45 days, one 45-day extension with notice

A controller must respond without undue delay and within 45 days of receipt, and may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary for complexity and number of requests if it tells the consumer, with the reason, within the first 45 days.
