Vermont Data Privacy and Online Surveillance Act 2415d-a6: 9 V.S.A. § 2415d(a)(6) Rights after a significant profiling decision: question, reasons, review and, for housing, correction and re-evaluation

Where a consumer's data was profiled for an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects, the consumer may, if feasible, question the result, be told the reason the profiling led to the decision, review the personal data used and, for housing decisions, correct incorrect data and have the decision re-evaluated on the corrected data.
