What does 300gg-118 require?

Each plan and issuer must submit to the Secretaries, within 90 days after the end of the first calendar year beginning after the air ambulance data rule is finalized and again for the following year, claims data for air ambulance services disaggregated by emergent or nonemergent basis, the provider's ownership model (hospital-owned or sponsored, municipality-sponsored, hybrid, independent, tribally operated in Alaska), rural or urban origin, aircraft type and whether the provider is contracted, together with the other information the rule specifies. The data rule remains proposed; the duty is dormant until it is finalized.
