A warrantor giving a written warranty on a product costing more than 15 dollars gives sellers what they need to comply with the pre-sale rule, by one or more of: a copy of the warranty with every product; a tag, sticker, label or other attachment carrying the full text; the text printed on display packaging (with a copy also inside); or a notice, sign or poster with the text (with a copy also with each product). It gives catalog, mail order and door-to-door sellers copies of the warranties they need.
