For tangible shipments, reexports and retransfers under ITAR authority, the commercial invoice must show the country of ultimate destination, the end user, the licence or other approval number or exemption citation, and the prescribed statement that the items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorised only for the named country and end user and may not be resold, transferred or otherwise disposed of without U.S. Government approval or as U.S. law otherwise allows (123.9(b)(1)); EAR items shipped under State authority also need their ECCN or EAR99 designation (123.9(b)(2)). The EAR requires the same destination control statement on invoices for CCL items (not EAR99 or BAG or GFT shipments) and the ECCN for 600-series, 9x515 and certain '.z' items (758.6).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
