Every hazardous material must be identified in the 172.101 Hazardous Materials Table by its proper shipping name (the most specific entry, with n.o.s. entries supplemented by technical names where the symbol G applies), hazard class or division, identification number, packing group, required label codes, applicable special provisions, packaging authorisations in Part 173, quantity limits for passenger and cargo aircraft and rail, and vessel stowage. The 172.102 special provisions (numeric, A, B, IB, IP, N, R, T, TP and W codes) modify the base requirements and must be applied. Appendix A lists hazardous substances and reportable quantities and Appendix B marine pollutants.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
