Manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers of marbles, small balls, latex balloons or toys and games containing them or other small parts must report within 24 hours any information reasonably supporting that a child choked on one and died, was seriously injured, stopped breathing for any time or was treated by a medical professional, without waiting to investigate or confirm the cause.
