A public accommodation affords its goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages and accommodations to an individual with a disability in the most integrated setting appropriate to that individual's needs, and may not deny participation in programs that are not separate or different (36.203(b)); an individual may decline an accommodation (36.203(c)).
