A commercial email containing sexually oriented material must, unless the recipient gave prior affirmative consent, begin its subject line with the prescribed 'SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT: ' label and keep the initially viewable content to the label, the required identifier, opt-out notice and postal address, and instructions or a mechanism to reach the material.
