UNECE WP.29 R156 7.1.1.13: 7.1.1.13 Make RXSWIN register and target vehicle records available to authorities

A process whereby the manufacturer can make the information of 7.1.2.3 (the auditable RXSWIN register) and 7.1.2.4 (target vehicles and compatibility confirmation) available to responsible authorities or technical services, for type approval, conformity of production, market surveillance, recalls and periodic technical inspection (ISO 24089 4.3.3.1 for the 7.1.2.4 part).
