UK Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (CQC Fundamental Standards)
Part 3 Section 2: fundamental standards of governance, staffing, candour and display (regulations 16 to 20A) – UK Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (CQC Fundamental Standards)

UK Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (CQC Fundamental Standards) 20A: Display the most recent CQC rating: on every website (with the Commission's address and the link to the assessment) and on legible, conspicuous signs at each premises and the principal place of business, each showing the date the rating was given

What does 20A require?

Where a service provider has received a rating of its performance following a Commission assessment under section 46(1) of the Act, every website maintained by or for the provider must show the Commission's website address, where on it the most recent assessment of overall performance and of performance for particular premises or activities can be accessed, and the most recent ratings in a way that makes clear which activities or premises each relates to. At least one sign showing the most recent rating for the premises (or, where none, the overall rating) must be displayed at each premises from which regulated activities are provided, and signs showing the overall rating and the ratings for particular premises or activities at the principal place of business unless it is separately rated. Signs and website content must be legible, conspicuously displayed in a place accessible to service users, and show the date each rating was given; the provider's own home (unless service users attend it) and a service user's own accommodation are excluded.
