Licensees must notify the Regulator in writing of all retail tariffs (including discounts and promotions) before or when they take effect, and of any variation or revocation, following the tariff rules; must not charge or demand any amount not in a notified tariff; and must publish all notified tariffs on their website and make them available free at every business office.
