Tonga Communications Act 2015 s56: s.56 Do not mislead customers about services, goods, prices or warranties

A licensee may not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, mislead the public about the nature, characteristics, suitability, price or quantity of communications services, or make false or misleading representations about the standard, quality, newness, sponsorship, approval, performance, benefits, need for repair or warranties of goods or services; a representation is misleading if the licensee knew or ought to have known it was.
