Licensees must file with the Regulator every agreement on arbitrated terms, every negotiated declared service agreement (within 10 or 20 business days as the Act sets) and every agreement for eligible services within 10 business days; amend or terminate negotiated agreements the Regulator directs to be made consistent; submit proposed reference offers when directed and comply with directions to fix them; publish approved reference offers on their website, give copies within 5 business days on request, and enter the reference offer agreement within 10 business days of a request and file it within a further 10.
