A hosting service provider (storing data in Tonga for the public, excluding messaging) must have a procedure for receiving take-down notices with a nominated contact person, must stop hosting content the Ministry finds prohibited (content breaching s.98, defamatory matter or content behind a Computer Crimes Act action) as soon as practicable and within 10 business days, and must, where practicable, tell the person who made it available that it is subject to a notice.
