Telecommunications Sector Security Reforms (TSSR) TSRMP-13(4): TSRMP Rules s 13(4): what a suitability assessment must consider

In assessing a critical worker's suitability for access to critical components, the entity must consider any advice from the AusCheck Secretary under AusCheck Regulations s 21DA(2)(a), (2)(b), (4) and (5); whether giving the worker access would be prejudicial to security; and any other information that may affect the worker's suitability. The entity may have to tell the Secretary of decisions to grant or revoke access (AusCheck Regulations s 21ZA).
