The entity must review the program on a regular basis and take all reasonable steps to keep it up to date, having regard in reviewing and varying it to the matters the Rules set (the critical worker, supply chain and physical and natural hazard descriptions in ss 12(2), 14(2) and 15(2)). A relevant official may direct a variation where the program has serious deficiencies (s 30AI). Civil penalty 200 penalty units for each duty.
