Requests under Article 10 (inquiry, review, copies) must be decided within 15 days, extendable once by up to 15 days with written reasons; requests under Article 11 (correction, stopping, deletion) within 30 days, extendable by up to 30 days with written reasons. Agencies may charge the necessary cost of inquiries, review or copies.
