The methods and procedures used to meet this Code are kept in electronic or hard-copy documentation available to relevant staff, including a summary of food safety policies and the methods used to meet the standard, the policy statement and organisation chart, the processes and products in scope, food safety regulations for the site and the countries of sale where known, specifications for inputs (raw materials, ingredients, packaging) and for finished goods, food safety procedures, prerequisite programmes and food safety plans, process controls affecting product safety, and other documents needed to develop, run and control the SQF System (2.2.1.1). Food safety plans, GMPs and other relevant parts of the system are reviewed, updated and communicated when changes affect the ability to deliver safe food; every change is validated or justified before implementation and its reason documented (2.2.1.2).
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
