SQF Code Edition 9 - Safe Quality Food 2.1.2: 2.1.2 Management Review (Mandatory)

Senior site management reviews the SQF System at least annually, covering changes to system documents (policies, procedures, specifications, food safety plan), food safety culture performance, food safety objectives and performance measures, corrective and preventive actions together with trends seen in complaints, in audits (internal or external) and in validation and verification results, how hazards and risks are being managed, and follow-up items from earlier reviews; records of reviews and updates are kept (2.1.2.1). The SQF practitioner updates senior management at least monthly on matters affecting the SQF System, and the updates and management's responses are documented (2.1.2.2).
