What does 34 require?

Data in the national health information system has to be correct and available to the Department, the Fund and any other stakeholder with a legal entitlement, subject to the archives, personal information protection and access to information statutes (section 34(2)). Health workers, providers and the persons running health establishments must comply with the National Health Act's provisions on access to and protection of health records (section 34(3)).
