Senge Fifth Discipline - Learning Organization SV.6: Sustain the visioning process against the structures that kill visions

Visions die prematurely through limits-to-growth structures: diversity of views that polarizes when people cannot inquire into different visions (reflection and inquiry skills are the leverage), discouragement at the gap to reality (the capacity to hold creative tension), being overwhelmed by current reality (time and energy for the vision) and people losing their connection to one another when they start proselytizing; shared vision also needs systems thinking so people believe they can shape their reality.
