Senge Fifth Discipline - Learning Organization MM.3: Practise reflection: leaps of abstraction and the left-hand column

What does MM.3 require?

Reflection skills slow thinking to see how models form: recognizing leaps of abstraction from observed data to untested generalization (asking what data a belief rests on and whether one is willing to question it, then separating the generalization from the data and testing it), and the left-hand column, writing what was thought but not said in a difficult exchange to reveal the assumptions steering it.
