Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI) s52D: Notify the Secretary when ceasing to be responsible entity for a system of national significance

If the responsible entity for an asset declared a system of national significance under s 52B ceases to be its responsible entity, it must notify the Secretary within 30 days. The responsible entity may ask the Secretary once in any 12 months to review whether the asset is of national significance (s 52E, a 60-day review).
