Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI) s52: Notify changes to the reporting entities for a privately declared asset

A reporting entity for an asset the Minister has privately declared a critical infrastructure asset under s 51 must, within 30 days, notify the Secretary if it ceases to be a reporting entity or becomes aware of another reporting entity, giving each other entity's name and head office address so far as known after best endeavours. Disclosing the fact of a declaration is otherwise an offence under s 45.
