It is an offence knowingly to give false, misleading or incomplete information to obtain a licence or other authority or in documents given to the Regulator, or to wilfully obstruct or hinder the Regulator (75(2)); the Regulator may order production of documents and information by licensees and others, search and seize, examine witnesses and require actions to start or stop (77), and its orders may be registered and enforced as Supreme Court orders (76). Arbitrations between service providers must be notified to the Regulator with a copy of the submission, and agreed dispute procedures must be consistent with the Act and any regulation, rule, order, licence or decision (73(2)-(3)).
