Right to Disconnect (Australia) 333P-Q: Comply with FWC stop orders (civil remedy)

A person to whom an FWC order under s 333P applies (an order stopping an employee from unreasonably refusing contact, or stopping an employer from disciplining or taking other action over a reasonable refusal, or from continuing to require contact) must not contravene a term of the order; s 333Q is a civil remedy provision under Part 4-1.
