Right to Disconnect (Australia) 333N-2: Resolve right to disconnect disputes at the workplace first

Where there is a dispute because an employee refused contact and the employer reasonably believes, or has asserted, that the refusal is unreasonable (with the employee believing it is not), or any other dispute about the operation of s 333M, the parties must first attempt to resolve it by discussions at the workplace level; either may appoint a person or industrial association to support or represent them.
