Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 74: Document the controller and processor roles along the secondary-use chain

Article 74: the health data holder is controller for making personal data available to the access body; the access body is controller for its own tasks but processor for the user, who is controller, when providing data in the secure environment or generating a request response; a trusted holder is controller for providing data and processor for the user in the secure environment; the Commission may set a template agreement.
