Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 66: Give only necessary data, anonymised where possible and pseudonymised only with justification

Article 66: access bodies provide only data that are adequate, relevant and limited to the permit's purpose, in anonymised form where the purpose allows, and pseudonymised only where the user has shown anonymised data will not do; the key to reverse pseudonymisation is held only by the body or a trusted third party under national law.
