A lessor or agent that listed personal information and learns it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date (for example a debt paid within 3 months of falling due) amends or removes it, or tells the database operator in writing how it must be amended or that it must be removed, within 7 days, keeping a copy of the notice for one year. On a written request by the listed person it provides a copy of the listed information within 14 days (any fee not excessive and not charged for lodging the request).
