A landlord or agent that learns information it listed is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date (for example the debt was paid within 3 months or the termination order was suspended) tells the database operator in writing within 7 days how to amend it or that it must be removed (or corrects it itself within 7 days), and, on a person's written request, gives them a free copy of the information it listed within 14 days (once).
