Once the QFCC accepts an enforceable undertaking from a child safe entity (signed by its head, stating the action and the date) complies with it unless it has a reasonable excuse (maximum 100 penalty units); it may apply to amend it, and the QFCC publishes undertakings on a public register (ss 19 to 22).
