No person gives a QFCC staff member, commissioner or authorised officer information known to be false or misleading in a material particular (maximum 100 penalty units), unless the person identifies the error and gives the correct information (s 102). No person conceals, destroys, mutilates, alters or sends out of the State a document requested by an authorised officer, a document about an individual under investigation under chapter 3, or a document the QFCC requested (maximum 100 penalty units) (s 103). Persons given a written information or attendance requirement comply within the stated period of at least 14 days (ss 91, 92), give reasonable help (s 87) and do not obstruct an authorised officer (s 96).
