Principles for Doing Business at Lloyd's P10.6: 10.6 High-quality, timely, accurate and complete reporting to Lloyd's and regulators

Reporting, including all financial reporting, is of high quality and submitted to Lloyd's and applicable regulators on time, accurately and completely. The single-level guidance covers reporting (robust controls over financial reporting as the base of the control environment; timely, accurate, complete business data; transparency; deadlines met under UK and international rules), communication (expected delays or errors communicated to Lloyd's or regulators immediately, causes investigated and resolved, processes to identify and communicate issues affecting completeness, accuracy or timeliness, responsiveness to queries) and funding requirements (processes and controls so regulatory reporting reflects local funding and asset requirements in each jurisdiction where funds are held, with changes monitored between funding periods).
