The data subject may suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of their personal information from the controller's filing system on discovery and substantial proof that the information is incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, used for unauthorized purposes or no longer necessary for the purposes of collection; the controller may notify third parties that previously received the information. The IRR (section 34(e)) adds withdrawal of consent or objection with no other legal ground, private information prejudicial to the data subject not justified by freedom of speech, unlawful processing, and violation of the data subject's rights as grounds.
