Philippines Data Privacy Act 16(d): Right to dispute inaccuracy and have it corrected

The data subject may dispute an inaccuracy or error in their personal information and have the controller correct it immediately and accordingly unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable; once corrected, the controller must ensure that both the new and the retracted information are accessible and are received simultaneously by the recipients, and third parties who previously received the information must be informed of the inaccuracy and its rectification on the data subject's reasonable request.
