PEGI - Pan European Game Information Age Rating System 9.3: Article 9.3: Notice and action and removal of content

Signatories keep online environments free of banned content and behaviour and anything else breaching their terms: they remove or disable access to such user-generated content quickly; provide notice mechanisms that are easy to reach and use and accept notices electronically only; have procedures to review reported or suspected content; and decide on notices in a timely, careful and objective way under EU and national law.
