OSHA Safety and Health Regulations for Construction (29 CFR Part 1926) 1926.1152: 1926.1152 Methylene chloride

Makes the general industry methylene chloride standard binding on construction: the construction text is a single note saying that what construction employment must meet here matches 1910.1052 exactly. A construction employer whose employees are exposed to methylene chloride must therefore comply with 1910.1052 in full; this section adds nothing of its own beyond the cross-reference, so the substantive duties, limits and any monitoring, control, medical, training and recordkeeping requirements are the ones written in 1910.1052. The pointer dates from 10 January 1997 (62 FR 1619).
